Join your friends and neighbors on Saturday, April 24th, 2010 for the first annual Tryon Creek Watershed Wide Event, a day of hands-on restoration and celebration throughout the Tryon Creek watershed in SW Portland and Lake Oswego.

There will be over 8 sites located throughout the watershed from Tryon Creek State Park, to the creek's headwaters near Multnomah Village, out to Lake Oswego, and many places in between. Volunteers will be removing invasive species and/or planting native trees and shrubs as part of continuing efforts to improve habitat in Tryon Creek for threatened steelhead and salmon.
